Dr. Maninder Gundhu
General Dentist
Dr. Gundhu is a general dentist practicing in Gander, Glovertown, and Baie Verte. He is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and completed his BSc-DMD at the University of Manitoba. Throughout his dental education, Dr. Gundhu was involved in several aspects of volunteering and leadership. In his first year of dental school, he won the Allan Klass Health Equity Award for creating dental health equity for the underserved populations in Manitoba. In subsequent years, he received several awards for courses involving Endodontics and clinical awards in General Practice. Dr. Gundhu’s practice philosophy is centred around patients and their overall well-being. He believes in taking time to understand and appreciate the dental concerns of his patients. He also believes in patient education and often uses illustrations to explain the state of your oral health, so you are able to make an informed choice about treatment. Lastly, Dr. Gundhu believes in building lasting relationships. He will take the time to know you as a person and as a patient. In his spare time, Dr. Gundhu loves to spend time with his fiancé, who is a family medicine resident in Gander. He loves hiking and climbing, and has hiked to the base camp of Mount Everest and Mount Fuji in Japan! Lastly, he enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, and is embracing his new life in Gander, Newfoundland.
Dr. Khash
General Dentist
Dr. Khash is a general dentist practicing in Gander, Twillingate, Baie Verte, and Grand Falls-Windsor. He was raised in Halifax, NS and is happy to call Newfoundland his new home. He obtained both his B.Sc. (Neuroscience) and DDS from Dalhousie University. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry from making dentures to extracting teeth. Dr. Khash believes that prevention is better than cure. It is important to him to deliver treatment plans tailored to every individual in order to enhance the oral health of his patients. In his downtime, Dr. Khash loves to stay active whether it is kicking a soccer ball, spending time at the gym, or exploring hiking trails near and far.
Dr. Pat Redmond
Owner/Manager – General Dentist
Dr. Redmond is owner/manager and has practiced as a general dentist in Gander, NL since 1995. Raised in rural Nova Scotia and a graduate of Dalhousie’s Doctor of Dental Surgery program, he practiced in the Canadian Armed Forces for three years before moving to Gander and opening his own practice. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and provides services including root canals, orthodontics, wisdom teeth extractions, veneers, dentures, and crown and bridge. Dr. Redmond and his wife Madonna have two daughters, and his hobbies include tennis, squash, skiing, fishing, and volunteering. He is treasurer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Dental Association, President of Gander Community Tennis Association, a Director of Tennis Newfoundland, and has been involved in many local organizations such as the Gander Airport Authority, Gander Trailways Committee, and the Gander and Area Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Redmond will work on occasion at the Copper Ridge Family Dental Clinic for vacation relief.

Bernita Chislett is from Baie Verte, NL. Employed at Copper Ridge Family Dental as a receptionist. She is very passionate about her job and enjoys working with the public. Her biggest comforts and enjoyments are hanging out with her family and trips to the cabin to relax.
